Job Responsibilities
* Ensure equipment, machinery, and plant are maintained and repaired to support effective business operations across ESP sites.
* Facilitate manufacturing of sealing & polymer products by working within a dynamic team to meet customer requirements.
* Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and machinery.
* Efficiently repair unplanned breakdowns in a cost-effective manner.
* Collate reactive task data for all ESP sites to ensure preventative measures are in place.
* Maintain an up-to-date preventative maintenance system.
* Plan and execute machine services to minimize downtime.
* Manage spare parts inventory, including stock monitoring and organization.
* Adhere to all quality and Health & Safety requirements.
* Prepare plans for installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
* Complete and record daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Weekly hours: 40
Break: 1 hour
About You
* Modern technical or commercial apprenticeship, A level, or relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent. NVQ Level 3 Engineering, preferably dual role.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Achieved or working towards 18th Edition wiring regulations.
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnosis skills.
* Experience in installing three-phase electrical equipment.
* Knowledge of QMS.
* Ability to adapt to changing and challenging situations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Calm and methodical work ethic.
