About The Role
As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and converting high-potential opportunities across key markets. This is a results-oriented role for professionals who thrive on accountability, precision, and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify trends, ideal client profiles, and new growth opportunities
* Develop and execute structured outreach campaigns via email, calls, and digital platforms
* Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads
* Track interactions, optimize messaging, and ensure timely follow-up
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine targeting and strategy
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver regular performance reporting
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships
* Demonstrated success in outbound outreach and lead generation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* High level of ownership, self-motivation, and accountability
* Comfortable with KPIs and performance-based evaluation
* Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital sales platforms
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred
* Experience working with international markets and distributed teams
* Familiarity with remote work environments and digital tools
* Background in high-ticket B2B sales, consulting, or market entry
