About the role and the opportunity:
This role is key to the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK employee benefit space.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our UK employee benefits sales team which is focused on getting more companies to prioritise and invest in the health and wellbeing of their employees through Hussle. You will also manage a personal pipeline of Enterprise clients.
This role reports into the UK COO of Hussle and functions in close collaboration with our colleagues at EGYM Wellpass in Germany, France and USA.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow the UK corporate sales team.
* Manage the team to deliver against sales forecasts.
* Collaborate with our colleagues at EGYM Wellpass in other countries.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise lead generation campaigns.
* Build and manage a personal pipeline of enterprise-size clients.
* Optimise the sales team infrastructure, processes and tooling.
* Identify and assign team sales territories, set targets and manage commission.
* Develop and maintain accurate reporting and forecasting.
* Prepare and present sales pitches that are customised to senior decision makers at target companies.
* Manage all aspects of sales enablement including sales collateral, case studies, team training, objection handling and contract negotiation.
* Stay up-to-date with the latests topics and trends in the Employee Benefits sector.
* Represent the company at trade shows and conferences including public speaking.
Requirements:
* At least 5-years relevant experience selling employee benefit solutions and packages to HR and Finance teams at companies of all shapes and sizes (or highly relevant SAAS sales experience as an alternative).
* Highly motivated, resilient, with a can-do attitude and no trace of ego.
* Exceptional communication and presenting skills.
* Comfortable with public speaking at trade shows and conferences.
* Strong leadership skills, able to hold your team to high standards at all times.
* Growth mindset, able to identify what is important and what is not.
* Excellent negotiation skills and objection handling to ensure a good outcome for all parties.
* Strong closing skills to consistently deliver new business for the company.
* The ability to coach team members on all of the above.
* Demonstrable experience of recruiting and growing sales teams.
* Comfortable working remotely in the short-term and in a hybrid capacity in the medium term with a location in London (tbc).
* Experience of the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (nice-to-have)
The base salary for this role is £65,000-£75,000 per annum plus a commission scheme equivalent to 30% of the base salary.
