We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to support and coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, a proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
* Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support hiring strategies
* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
* Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure proper documentation is collected
* Track and report recruiting metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement
* Support recruitment marketing initiatives, job fairs, and other sourcing activities
* Maintain compliance with internal policies and employment laws

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (preferred)
* Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new systems
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
