Working hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am - 5.00pm, Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm, working 2 in 4 Saturdays.

What will you be doing?
* Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers to build profitable business growth.
* Managing the full operation of the branch, ensuring safety, storage efficiency, and good housekeeping standards.
* Controlling sales, margin, and overheads to exceed your AOP and deliver excellent financial performance.
* Promoting a safety culture and colleague wellbeing across the branch.
* Leading, motivating, engaging, and delegating to your team to deliver outstanding service.
