About the role
You'll be working closely with a Financial Planner and clients, helping to prepare for meetings, carry out research, draft financial reports, and ensure our recommendations are implemented smoothly. You'll be an integral part of the client journey – supporting them with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Your development
We'll support you with professional qualifications (Diploma and advanced level) and provide a clear path to becoming a Paraplanner. Mentoring and study support are part of the package, so you'll always feel guided in your progress.
What we're looking for
* Strong numeracy and excellent attention to detail.
* A high standard of written English and strong organisational skills.
* At least 3–4 years' experience in an IFA practice.
* Some progress towards CII Diploma (or equivalent) and good knowledge of pensions, investments, and FCA rules.
* A positive, proactive approach, with confidence in using financial planning systems (including lifetime cash-flow tools).
