With a brand-new, state-of-the-artTraining Centre opened this year in Birmingham, we're expanding our team and looking for an inspiring Security Management Trainer to join us.

Your Mission
As a Security Management Trainer, you'll be at the heart of our training delivery, helping professionals grow their skills and confidence. Your role will include:
1. Delivering engaging training at our Birmingham centre, client sites in the UK, and internationally.
2. Collaborating with Sales to provide industry sector expertise when talking with clients.
3. Designing and refining course content, both for classroom and eLearning formats.
4. Supporting learners throughout their journey, offering guidance and tutor support.
5. Assessing and quality assuring coursework to maintain our high standards.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with a strong foundation and a passion for teaching:
6. A Master's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field.
7. A recognised training qualification (e.g., AET, Petals).
8. 5+ years' industry experience.
9. Proven experience delivering training.
10. A valid driving licence and passport for travel flexibility.
11. Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
12. A positive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.
If you hold Assessor and/or Internal Verifier qualifications this would be very beneficial.
