Following significant investment, they are expanding their Professional Services function and are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to drive enterprise-level delivery excellence.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll lead complex, enterprise implementations end-to-end. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled workflows, and help customers transform how they manage risk, compliance, and supplier ecosystems.
Beyond delivery, you’ll mentor junior consultants, influence product roadmap decisions, and play a key role in shaping best practices across a growing global PS team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Delivery & Strategy
* Lead full-cycle enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery through optimisation.
* Translate business processes into automated workflows using AI-driven features.
* Define and track success metrics (e.g. TTFV, adoption, ROI, renewal risk).
* Run solution design workshops and executive-level steering sessions.
AI, Automation & Data-Led Optimisation
* Develop scalable AI prompt frameworks and workflow automations.
* Analyse customer data to surface ROI, savings opportunities and usage trends.
* Provide strategic feedback to enhance AI capabilities and delivery models.
Commercial & Cross-Functional Influence
* Spot expansion opportunities through insights on product usage and value realisation.
* Work closely with Product and Customer Success to align delivery with long-term outcomes.
* Act as a voice of the customer to drive continuous product and process improvement.
Practice & Methodology Innovation
* Shape delivery methodologies that reduce implementation time and risk.
* Stay ahead of SaaS, AI and automation trends to inspire innovation within the team.
* Mentor and support junior consultants to elevate delivery standards.
What You’ll Bring
✅ 5+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation or Professional Services (ideally within CLM, procurement, supplier risk or related platforms).
✅ Proven track record delivering high-impact enterprise deployments.
✅ Strong understanding of data interpretation, workflow configuration and success metrics.
✅ Experience mentoring or leading delivery teams (formally or informally).
✅ Commercially minded – able to align outcomes with ARR growth and customer value.
✅ Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation or analytics-driven delivery.
Bonus experience:
