We’re looking for a strategic Senior B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of our growing marketing function, with a strong focus on demand generation. You’ll drive revenue growth through data-driven, multichannel campaigns tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile and evolving buyer personas.
In this role, you’ll build intelligent outreach workflows and optimise campaign performance by deploying technology to continuously cleanse and enrich prospect data. You’ll develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns and targeted content strategies that resonate with business leaders, ensuring our brand voice and messaging remain consistent.
You’ll lead and build a high-performance team, working closely with sales, senior leadership and external partners to ensure every marketing activity delivers clear commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and evolve our end-to-end B2B demand generation engine—driving a high-impact pipeline, measurable ROI, and long-term customer success.
* Inspire, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team, championing a culture of innovation and ambition.
* Build and maintain a live, intelligent prospect database that evolves with our Ideal Customer Profile.
* Design and launch bold, multichannel campaigns (email, social, paid, events, content syndication) with clear objectives and plans to convert
* Create standout content—from thought leadership to video and case studies—that speaks directly to decision-makers and positions us as a market leader.
* Partner with Sales, Product, and Service to ensure every message is on-brand, value-led, and focused on what matters to our customers.
* Take responsibility for managing and optimising the overall marketing budget focusing on efficiency and value.
What we need from you:
* Proven success building and leading modern B2B demand generation programs
* Practical experience in marketing automation, CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or similar), data tools, and analytics to drive smarter decisions.
* Expertise in creating and delivering marketing strategies that support real commercial outcomes.
* Natural leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
