About the Role
We are looking for an independent, proactive and results-driven Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to join a growing European team based in Milton Keynes.
This is a multi-faceted, office-based role that will allow you to use your existing sales skills to make a real impact within an established and expanding organisation. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with both new and existing dealers.
To succeed in this role, you will have a hunter mentality, enjoy outbound calling and be motivated by targets, KPIs and results.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls and advise customers on product options and order enquiries
*
Make outbound phone calls to an assigned dealer base and prospective new dealers
*
Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone and digital communication
*
Provide sales support to Business Development Managers and European Sales Manager
*
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
*
Increase revenue and profit through skilled, professional selling
*
Generate new leads and build a consistent, ongoing opportunity pipeline
*
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with dealers
*
Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions
*
Maintain accurate records in the Zoho CRM system including contacts, leads, quotes, opportunities and all activity
*
Submit sales reports, territory forecasts and market feedback
*
Support brand presence and dealer engagement
*
Carry out general administrative duties as required
Required Experience & Skills
*
Previous inside sales, telesales or call centre experience
*
Target-driven with a proactive “hunter” mindset
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills
*
Excellent negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building abilities
*
Confidence working towards KPIs and daily call targets
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
*
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks effectively
*
Experience within the scale/weighing industry is an advantage (not essential)
*
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
*
Additional languages are a strong advantage
Work Environment

Minimum of 75 outbound calls per day

Office-based role in Milton Keynes
*
Occasional overnight travel for trade shows, training sessions and meetings
