Join a Global FMCG Leader Driving Innovation and Inclusion
Imperial Brands, a global FMCG leader with 25,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist to join our Bristol-based team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Operations, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the contractor lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and stakeholder coordination in a collaborative environment.
This is a 6-month Fixed Term Opportunity
Principle Accountabilities
* Maintain accurate contractor records and workflows across ATS and HR systems.
* Coordinate onboarding and queries with MSP, People Leaders, and HR.
* Support onboarding activities, including documentation and system access.
* Monitor contractor volumes and compliance metrics, providing reports.
* Organise governance meetings and ensure documentation of outcomes.
* Assist with interview scheduling and administrative support.
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience managing contractors or temporary workforce processes.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Proficient in HR systems or ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, TalentLink).
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder coordination.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of compliance frameworks is advantageous.
