What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year experience in a 360 recruitment role (education experience preferred, not essential)
* Proven ability to win and manage clients, build desks, and close deals
* Strong knowledge of, or interest in, the education sector and its challenges
* Confident, professional communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Target‑driven, resilient, and motivated to build a long‑term desk
* Collaborative mindset and passion for making a real impact in education
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a full 360 recruitment desk within the education sector
* Building and maintaining relationships with schools, academies, and MATs
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high‑quality education professionals
* Proactively developing new business while delivering outstanding service to existing clients
* Advising clients on market trends, compliance, and staffing strategy
* Attending client meetings, school visits, and education networking events
* Playing a key role in the growth and reputation of the education division
