Nurse Bank Administrator

University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for Band 2 and Band 3 roles. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship.
We have a new and exciting opportunity within the fast paced Nurse Bank office for a Nurse Bank/ Pool Administrator to support with the booking and allocation of bank and agency staff within the Trust.
The Nurse bank office is an essential service to the trust supporting wards with safe staffing, the post is very challenging but extremely rewarding.
The Bank Office operates over a 7 day service so the applicant must be able to work some evenings and weekends, the post may also require working across both Royal Stoke and County Sites.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to have a good knowledge of IT Systems and will need to be able to show evidence of this.
The successful applicant must demonstrate experience working in a busy office environment along with excellent organisational skills, therefore being able to multitask and have a flexible and adaptable approach is essential. It is essential that the successful applicant has the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet very tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
The Bank Office is operates over a 7 day service so the applicant must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English
* office/admin/computer skills training or qualification
* NVQ 2/3 in customer service or equivalent
Experience
* Two years experience in providing an administration service and following procedure
* Experience and skills in using word, excel, power point, Microsoft outlook
* Experienced computer operator, good keyboard skills showing accuracy
* Previous NHS experience
