Strategic Relationship Manager – Automotive OEM
Our client is seeking a confident and commercially minded OEM Strategic Relationship Manager to join their team. Candidates should have a strong background in the automotive industry and a talent for building strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships and a wide network of contacts within relevant OEMs at a senior/director level.
* Create and direct comprehensive strategic brand plans targeting sustainable account growth and deeper reliance on the company’s solutions.
* Oversee and understand technical and commercial scheme design.
* Take overall responsibility for the commercial position of all schemes and solutions, maximizing return.
* Collaborate closely with OEM Partnership Managers, Sales, and Pricing to gather insights and enhance dealer performance.
* Maintain up-to-date CRM records for all OEM activities and opportunities.
* Work with peers on projects to share best practices, address challenges, and achieve successful resolutions.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience managing high-profile clients at the senior or director level.
* Strong commercial and consultancy mindset.
* Skilled in building relationships and leveraging persuasive abilities to add value.
* Experience utilizing CRM systems.
* Commercially astute with enthusiasm for deep technical understanding.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills for engaging at all levels.
* Strategic thinker and doer, proficient in crafting robust business plans.
