What You’ll Do:
* Lead development & optimization of advanced photolithography processes
* Collaborate across teams to turn photonic designs into manufacturable prototypes
* Ensure top-notch process control and yield for next-gen devices
* Mentor and guide engineering teams toward innovation
What You Bring:
* Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related field
* 12+ years in photolithography, ideally in compound semiconductors or photonics
* Strong knowledge of masks, resists, steppers, aligners, and spin coaters
* Analytical powerhouse with expertise in SEM, AFM, profilometry, and process control
