Technical Proficiency Demonstrated expertise in WordPress or equivalent CMS, including custom themes, plugins, and robust backend functionalities. Latin American Foundation for the Future (LAFF) We are a dynamic NGO operating in Peru to support quality education and personal development through sustainable partnerships with local organisations. We have over 15 years of experience working to promote quality education and personal development among Cusco’s vulnerable young people. Our partnership model allows us to work with a local network to deliver our quality education programme as well as develop our partners’ organisational capacity and sustainability. Job description This project marks a significant milestone in LAFF’s journey to-date. A full rebrand is underway to reflect the importance of our work bringing quality education and life opportunities to children and young people in Peru and our organisational expertise and growth. You will join a rebrand project team that has developed a new brand kit and refreshed messaging, with team expertise in communications and graphic design. As a Website Developer volunteer, you will work closely with our rebrand team to design and implement key website features, ensuring the site is user-friendly, engaging, and optimised for performance. You will play an essential role in creating the website via Wordpress or equivalent CMS, to be handed to the operations team for ongoing management. Objectives Introduce a simplified website structure with a wireframe that supports UX, navigation and a call-to-action. Develop the technical infrastructure for the new website using Wordpress, or equivalent CMS Create web content templates aligned to our new content plan
