SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Horsham Start Date: November 2025 Location: Horsham, West Sussex Setting: Secondary School Hours: Full-Time We’re seeking a passionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students in Horsham from November. You’ll work closely with teachers to help students with additional needs thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with a variety of SEN needs Assisting in classroom learning and individual support Promoting independence and confidence in students What We’re Looking For: Experience working with SEN students, ideally in a secondary school Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills A team player with a positive attitude Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
