We’re recruiting for a Head of Employee Experience and HR Operations to join us. 1. Leading the global strategy for employee experience, product design and MyHR services
2. Championing a human-centred approach to employee and line manager experiences
3. Overseeing UK MyHR operations and driving global service excellence
4. Delivering accurate, timely and compliant payroll services across multiple regions
5. Embedding automation, AI and analytics to enhance service delivery and reduce cost
6. Managing supplier relationships and ensuring robust risk and compliance controls
7. Building and mentoring a diverse, high-performing team
8. Driving continuous improvement through feedback, data and innovation
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles ideally with a global remit
10. Deep knowledge of employee experience design, shared services and payroll
11. Strong track record of digital transformation using AI and automation
12. Experience with HR technologies such as Oracle, Workday or ServiceNow
13. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
14. Strategic thinker with strong commercial and operational acumen
15. Inclusive leader who fosters collaboration, innovation and growth
16. Commitment to delivering fair, consistent and high-quality employee outcomes
