About the Role:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
* Support pupils with their learning and maintain a positive classroom environment
* Work across KS3 and KS4 year groups
* Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
