We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join a growing refurbishment team within a newly restructured Healthy Homes division, working for a social housing contractor. Working from our Nottingham office and reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied properties. You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and specifying works, ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. A critical part of this role is ensuring compliance with Awaabs Law and HHSRS requirements, with a strong focus on tenant safety and meeting all statutory obligations. I would like to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Maintenance Surveyor, Building Surveyor (Repairs / Maintenance), Property Maintenance Surveyor, Responsive Repairs Surveyor, Voids & Repairs Surveyor, Asset Surveyor or in a similar position.
