4+ PQE
Central London
Hybrid working week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate/SeniorAssociate (4+ PQE) to join a growing, commercially focused London law firm with a strong reputation for advising UK and international clients. This is a strategic hire as part of the firm’s continued investment in its Employment practice.
About the Firm
This is a well established, full service London firm known for its commercial approach and long standing client relationships. The firm advises a broad range of clients including entrepreneurial businesses, SMEs, and international organisations, often acting as a trusted advisor across multiple areas of law.
Despite its strong reputation, the firm retains a non-hierarchical, collaborative culture, where lawyers are given real responsibility and direct access to clients. The partnership is approachable and actively involved in developing junior lawyers, creating a clear pathway for progression.
The Employment team works closely with other departments, particularly Corporate and Commercial, giving lawyers exposure to transactional support work and wider business advisory matters, rather than siloed HR only advice.

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your matters and build direct client relationships from an early stage.
