We're looking for an experienced, kind-hearted person to join us as a Senior Care Assistant in York and surrounding areas.
If you're already a Field Care Supervisor, or an experienced Care Assistant looking for career progression, then this is the role for you. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our care management team in York to manage client care and support our care professionals.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll have a varied role supporting our clients and Care Professionals in the community and supporting the care management team in the branch. Your role may include:
* Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
* Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
* Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
* Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
* Contributing to on-call
