We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager role for a company that offer industrial safety support offering innovative solutions to critical industries. In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for increasing revenue across a defined geographic area by managing and developing both new and existing customer accounts. You’ll be joining a highly supportive team and working in a flexible environment where results matter more than routine. What You’ll Do: * Proactively generate revenue from new, existing, and lapsed clients. * Build and manage a strong pipeline, closing deals across services and product lines. * Deliver against clear targets, supported by robust CRM systems and sales planning. * Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and develop long-term client relationships. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. What You’ll Bring: * Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical, industrial, or rental market- (Safety equipment/ services) * Solid understanding of sales cycles, from lead generation to closing. * Effective negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills. * Commercial acumen with the ability to develop tailored sales strategies. * A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
