Job Description:
Purpose
To provide project co-ordination to ICT projects and provide overall support to a number of workstreams and projects (With a focus on M365 Project).
Ensure effective governance is in place and maintained at all times and produce reports, actions, papers as required to support the Project Managers in accordance with the Project Management Toolkit.
Scope of Role
Manage co-ordination of administrative tasks to support overall implementation of ICT Projects
Provide support and cover for the M365 logistics co-ordinator role to facilitate and organise the rollout of devices
Draft policies and procedures in word, excel or visio
Maintain Risk, Issue, Change and Decision and Dependency logs
Arrange and schedule meetings as required
Maintain Project Plans
Provide rollout support as required
Provide support to other ICT projects as requested
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio).
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Desirable Experience:
Experience supporting ICT or digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of M365 deployment and logistics.
Experience working within a structured project management framework.
