Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) is part of Aldridge Education, a multi-academy trust committed to raising aspirations and transforming lives through education. Locally, this includes Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) and Aldridge Adult Learning.

We’re looking for a Learning Support Apprentice to join our dynamic and supportive team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with their learning in class and in small group
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Gaining practical experience while studying a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification
What We’re Looking For:
* A passion for helping others
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally
* Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
* Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (or working towards them)
