Resposiblesible for: Creating a Positive First Impression: Welcoming all customers and visitors to the dealership in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner. Customer Support: Assisting customers with their enquiries and ensuring they receive the highest standard of service throughout their visit. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues to support a welcoming dealership environment. Reception Duties: Managing incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments. Administrative Support: Assisting with showroom administration and ensuring customer information is handled accurately. We are seeking a candidate with: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers. Professional Telephone Manner: A friendly and professional approach when handling customer calls and enquiries. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. IT Literacy: Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong Organisation Skills: The ability to manage workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
