Key Responsibilities
1. Define, build and analyse complex pension calculations
2. Develop data audit and quality controls for transfers
3. Support system automation, testing, and UAT
4. Act as a systems expert to drive process improvements
5. Coordinate implementation and transfer delivery plans
6. Provide expertise on pension schemes and benefit structures
7. Apply risk management across all activities
Skills & Experience
8. Strong experience in occupational pensions administration
9. Knowledge of DB & DC schemes
10. Experience with scheme implementations and bulk transfers
11. Background in projects and change initiatives
12. Strong communication and report writing skills
