Create and maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that supports student development. Be flexible and responsive to the varying needs of students. Assist teachers and staff with daily classroom tasks and educational activities. Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families, offering emotional and social support where needed. Training and Development: As part of the role, you’ll be enrolled in a Level 2 Child Safeguarding course through Teaching Personnel before starting – FOR FREE.
