We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Surrey KT7. Working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Proposed start date 30th June 2025. You’ll be catering for around 100 staff daily, offering freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options including a deli bar, seasonal salad bar, and baked goods. You’ll have autonomy to collaborate with the Chef Manager to create new and excititng menus, made with fresh ingredients every day. Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and the preparation and cooking of all types of dishes with fresh produce. Be responsible, dedicated and a strong leader with the ability to manage your own section within a professional kitchen. Be able to train and develop your team supportively and professionally. Deliver consistent food standards following the Wilson Vale brand standards. Deliver fresh, seasonal and innovative food from around the world. Be able to interact and engage with people while the food is being served.
