Position: Team Member Production Operative
Location: Toyota Deeside Plant, North Wales
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32,387 per annum (£15.97 per hour including shift premium)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of our production team, working in areas like Assembly, Production Control, Casting, or Machining, helping create world-class engines.
Your responsibilities:
* Help create world-class engines by following Toyota’s high standards
* Check and support quality at each step to ensure everything runs smoothly
* Share ideas to make things better and help the team improve together
* Be part of a supportive team where everyone contributes to success
Who We’re Looking For

You’ll need:
* · Comfortable following clear instructions and producing high-quality work
* · Able to work on your feet and enjoy hands-on tasks
* · Pay attention to detail and take pride in doing a job well
* · Eager to learn new skills and try different tasks on the production line
* · Reliable and flexible with a willingness to work extra hours when needed
* · Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to improvements together
No prior manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support .
Shift Pattern
You will be required to either of the following shifts:
* Two-shift rotation (Day: 07:30–15:48 | Night: 20:30–04:48)
* Three-shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon, Nights)
* 39 hours per week + overtime opportunities during high volumes
* Compulsory overtime
