We have an opportunity for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join an established small animal practice in Oldham, Manchester.
The practice is looking for a vet who has good experience gained in a small animal practice, excellent communication skills in order to inform and support clients and the ability to create evidence-based treatment plans. You will be passionate about keeping up to date with your own professional development. This role involves a varied first opinion caseload of routine care, preventative healthcare, consultations and surgeries. You will have the confidence to work sole charge as this will be required on Saturdays.
This role is full time for 38 hours per week over 4 and 5 days, along with Saturdays on a rota from 9am to 1pm for consultations. Part time hours will be considered. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

7. Weekends: Saturdays on a rota, 9am to 1pm, consultations only

12. Consultations: 15 minutes

24. You will be comfortable in all routine surgeries and consultations - support for more recent graduates available
