Job Overview
Provide excellent customer service to both queries from customers and to general enquiries from non-account holders in a courteous and timely manner and to the customers complete satisfaction. Proactively work to improve the customers experience and deliver a service exceeding the customers expectations. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office. Accurate and timely completion of additional customer service and sales related tasks as and when they are set by the office manager.
