The Opportunity:
As a BREEAM Assessor, you will take the lead on sustainability assessments across a wide variety of projects. From early-stage planning to final certification, you will play a crucial role in helping clients meet and exceed their environmental goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Managing BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction review
2. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and project teams to guide sustainability strategy
3. Coordinating evidence collection and managing the credit submission process
4. Keeping up to date with current BREEAM standards and wider sustainability regulations
5. Providing clear, expert advice throughout each phase of the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
6. Licensed BREEAM Assessor
7. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with BREEAM assessments
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. Background in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or architecture (preferred)
10. Confident managing multiple projects and working independently
