We are a friendly, community-focused pre-school in Golders Green, and we are looking for a dedicated early years practitioner to join our warm, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring professional who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive in their earliest years. Working Hours (Term Time Only): * Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm * Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm As an early years practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 2–4. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to our pre-school each day. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support children’s learning and development * Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and families * Work as part of a collaborative team of early years professionals * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe learning environment * Observe and record children’s progress, identifying ways to support individual needs * Uphold safeguarding standards and contribute to the overall well-being of every child Whether you are an experienced early years practitioner or someone newly qualified and eager to develop your skills, we welcome applications from individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional early years care.
