What you'll do
* Support the Merchandiser in delivering commercially successful Babywear ranges aligned with customer needs.
* Review weekly trading performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and provide actionable insights.
* Own and manage category and SKU-level forecasts to optimise sales, stock holding, margin, and availability.
* Collaborate with the A&R replenishment assistant to plan initial allocations and launch builds.
* Use merchandising systems to drive efficiency and ensure data accuracy across all processes.
* Manage order processes, ensuring compliance with legal and sustainability standards.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Buying, Supply Chain, and Finance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the delivery of team goals.
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience in an Assistant Merchandiser or Merchandise Admin role, ideally within fashion or childrenswear.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems.
* Solid understanding of allocation and stock management principles.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
