Are you an experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef looking for flexible agency work in the contract catering or public sector?
Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting chefs to work across a wide range of clients including schools, care homes, NHS sites, B&I units, and public sector venues in and around Nottingham.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Chef, Chef Manager, or similar
2. Background in contract catering, education, healthcare, or public sector roles
3. Strong understanding of allergens, special diets, stock control, and food safety
4. Ability to manage a small team and run day-to-day kitchen operations
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
6. Own whites, knives, and safety shoes
7. Driving license and access to transport preferred
8. Must have the Right to Work in the UK
