Non-Pharm Manager
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Non-Pharm Manager to join our team within our non-customer facing online pharmacy in Glasgow.
Important: Applicants must have previous pharmacy experience (community, hospital or online) AND proven team management/leadership experience. Applications without pharmacy experience will not be considered.
This role is central to keeping our busy online dispensary running smoothly. You'll oversee workflow, processes, stock and team coordination, and customer service ensuring everything operates in line with clinical governance and company standards. * Oversee the day-to-day running of the dispensary
* Manage workflow and prioritise orders to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and on time
* Lead and support the dispensary and customer service teams
* Maintain and improve stock management and ordering processes
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, governance and company standards
* Work closely with pharmacists, ACTs, dispensers, customer service and support staff
* Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure smooth service
* Use technology and data to monitor performance, resolve issues and streamline operations
* Drive a culture of compliance, quality and continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Requirements
* Pharmacy experience is non-negotiable - community, hospital or online
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable using technology, data systems and digital tools
* Experience in stock management, logistics or healthcare operations desirable
* Able to work to strict deadlines with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
The Details
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hrs)
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Pay: £16–18 per hour (depending on experience)
* Location: In person, Glasgow
