The Role
This is an exciting role where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading shifts at the venue
* Supervising team members, providing guidance and support as needed
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during all services
* Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of all areas
* Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
* Providing training for new and junior members of the team
* Playing an active part in developing their social media presence
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Excellent communication and customer care skills
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
* Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
* A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Ability to use a variety of hotel/restaurant booking systems and social media platforms
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
The Terms
This role includes working evenings, with core hours from 3-11pm, and includes both days at the weekend. A salary of £30K is available for the right candidate, and the company offers benefits including:
