The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer with proven experience in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment and play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, driving business development, and delivering high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Preparing and conducting necessary searches and handling all related enquiries. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties, ensuring clear and regular communication. Drafting and reviewing contract documentation. Handling exchanges, completions, and post-completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry submissions. Generating new business and converting quotations into instructions. Promoting cross-referrals across departments. Maintaining compliance with internal systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing. Confident in handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent client care and communication abilities. Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development. Proficiency with case management systems and workflow procedures.
