Are you currently working as a Commis or Chef de Partie and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team at Thorpe Park for the 2025 season.
You will be supporting the team with producing and presenting food across the site. Your main focus will be to cater for our hotel guests in one of our main restaurants.

Preparing and cooking delicious food for our hotel guests.
Monitoring portion and wastage control to maintain profit margins
Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding the maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards
Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
Maintaining high food hygiene and health and safety standards
Working with the other chefs to make sure all shift opening and closing checklists are completed
The ideal Chef de Partie:
Previous experience in a kitchen role is essential
You must be able to ensure the correct preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food is as per recipes and standard operating procedures
Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work some weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
You will be working on a seasonal contract until November 2025. The hourly rate for this role is up to £13.50, depending on your experience.
