You’ll take the lead in ensuring the buildings are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant with all regulations—while also spotting opportunities to enhance the space and experience for everyone who uses it. From coordinating improvements to managing tenant relationships, you’ll be at the heart of creating a functional, welcoming, and compliant environment. You’ll work closely with both our client and tenants, ensuring everything runs smoothly in line with lease agreements and our management commitments. This is a full-time role based on-site, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Duties will include: Building & Tenant Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships, ensuring lease compliance and effective communication. Manage car park access and monitor CCTV during office hours. Lead regular tenant meetings and maintain positive engagement with all building users. Contractor & Facilities Oversight Manage cleaning, security, and M&E contractors, ensuring service levels are met and issues are promptly addressed. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure statutory compliance across all building systems. Monitor waste management and recycling standards. Conduct regular contractor performance reviews and maintain accurate records. Health & Safety Compliance Conduct routine site inspections, fire drills, and ensure all fire safety and health regulations are met. Oversee annual risk assessments and implement remedial actions within required timeframes. Manage access control, permits to work, and emergency procedures. Ensure all contractors operate in line with approved RAMS and stop any unsafe work immediately. Administration & Reporting Host site visits for clients, prospective tenants, and stakeholders. Maintain and update the Tenant Handbook and building manual. Conduct vacant unit inspections and provide local area information to tenants. Report regularly to your Line Manager and prepare operational updates as required. The successful candidate will have Proven experience in Building Management, ideally within multi-tenant commercial environments. Facilities Management expertise, with a strong understanding of service contracts, contractor oversight, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM). IOSH or other Health & Safety qualifications (desirable), with a solid grasp of compliance, risk assessments, and emergency procedures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Confident in handling tenant queries and resolving issues proactively, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. Strong organisational and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare operational updates, maintain accurate records, and manage documentation such as tenant handbooks and building manuals. Experience managing access control systems, including CCTV, key/fob allocation, and visitor/contractor logs. Comfortable leading site inspections and hosting visits from clients, prospective tenants, and stakeholders. A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational issues.
