We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Key Account Manager to lead the strategic direction, growth and retention of our national accounts' portfolio within an assigned vertical market/sector. This role will see the Senior Key Account Manager responsible for the Account Management of some of our largest clients within the vertical market, and they will also be responsible for the leadership of a small team of Key Account Managers.
Whilst leading a small team and taking responsibility for a portfolio of high-value contracts across the UK, you will encourage a collaborative culture across functional heads, and C-suite stakeholders, while ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and customer value.

2. Strategic Account Leadership: Drive performance across the allocated national account(s), ensuring strong service delivery, profitability, and longterm growth.
3. Growth within Existing Accounts: Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities and proactively manage risk and retention strategies with the team.
4. Customer-Centric Engagement: Build compelling value propositions; lead high-impact and high risk customer negotiations that balance commercial outcomes with customer satisfaction.
