Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 Grocery

Global FMCG Leader | Hybrid (2–3 days HQ)

£70,000–£85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Full Benefits


We are partnering with a globally recognised FMCG powerhouse to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to lead one of its most strategically significant UK grocery partnerships.


This is not a transactional account role. It is a commercially critical position with full ownership of a Top 4 customer relationship, responsible for shaping long-term joint strategy, driving profitable growth, and influencing decisions at both UK and global level.


The organisation operates across 100+ markets and manages a portfolio of category-leading brands across food, beverage, and personal care. Its commercial capability is widely regarded as best-in-class, with a consistent track record of developing senior leadership talent internally.

For an experienced grocery operator, this represents the opportunity to step into a broader, more visible remit with genuine strategic weight.


You will:

* Lead a Top 4 UK grocery account (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons) with full strategic and commercial accountability
* Own the P&L, delivering sustainable revenue, margin, and share growth
* Build and execute long-term joint business plans aligned to both customer and brand strategy
* Influence pricing, promotional architecture, investment strategy and category development
* Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Global stakeholders
* Operate as a key voice within the commercial function, contributing to wider channel strategy


This role requires both external gravitas and internal influence. You will be trusted to make decisions, challenge constructively, and lead from the front.


We are looking for an established NAM or SNAM who is:

* Proven in managing Top 4 grocery retailers at scale
* A confident P&L owner with sharp commercial judgement
* Strategically strong — able to see beyond short-term delivery to long-term value creation
* Comfortable navigating complexity within a matrix, global environment
* Credible with senior customer stakeholders
* Ambitious and motivated by progression within a high-performance culture


Package

* £70,000–£85,000 base salary
* Bonus scheme
* Car allowance or company car

* Hybrid working (2–3 days in South West London HQ)
