Located just outside of Norwich, my client is seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant for one of their Senior Leaders. This is a pivotal role within a small, dedicated team, providingprehensive administrative and diary support to the client and the wider leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diary & Email Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and correspondence for the senior leader and the team.
2. Administrative Support: Handle filing, telephone calls, post, andernance documentation.
3. Event Coordination: Organise catering, RSVPs, and logistics for meetings and social events.
4. Travel Arrangements: Book travel and amodation
About YouI’m looking for someone with:
5. Proven experience as a PA to a senior leader, ideally within a church or charity setting.
6. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
7. A professional, collaborative, and respectful approach to work.
8. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
9. An understanding of, and ability to work in accordance with, the ethos and values of the Catholic Church.
