The Role:
This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on driving growth through cross-selling a full suite of broker services. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across risk management, employee benefits, and commercial insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM tools
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
