We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has worked with Xero bookkeeping or a similar accounting package such as Sage for our client based in Rochester.
To start with, it will be 2 x 5 hour shift, this can be during school hours if you are a mum/dad who needs to drop and pickup children from school then this would be a great opportunity for you.
When the company gets a little busier then days/hours will increase.
Our client is seeking someone who is well organised with admin experience
Have also done
* Have done accounts,
* Processing orders,
* making sure the orders are sent out and invoice are raised.
* Chasing payment
Person requirement:
* A good communicator
* Well organised
* Team worker
* Polite and engaging and not scared to pick up the phone to talk.
