Our exclusive client is currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Assistant for their well-established business based in Nelson.
The business is a niche market leader and has an extensive customer base on a national basis, and you will be joining a small finance team you will be welcomed into this excellent work family!
As Accounts Assistant your duties will include: -
1. Manage all the purchase ledger invoices and full reconciliation on the ledger at month end.
2. Process all supplier statements and payment runs.
3. Montior the company credit control ledger and establish an effect collection schedule.
4. Complete daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
5. Prepare the weekly payroll and manage the annual leave system across the company.
