They are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Document Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, control, and distribution of all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility at all times. This role plays a vital part in supporting project delivery and maintaining robust document control standards across all works. Key Responsibilities Review documents received from site teams to ensure accuracy, correct numbering, titles, and referencing Log and maintain project information within relevant registers and tracking systems Distribute documents to clients and upload to project platforms such as Procore and Asite Review incoming responses, save and file appropriately, update logs, and circulate to relevant project teams Maintain well-organised document control systems, ensuring all records reflect the latest revisions Provide training and guidance to staff on document control procedures and best practice Handle incoming telephone calls and general office enquiries Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required Occasional travel to site may be necessaryExperience & Skills Previous experience in document...
