I am currently working with a well-established company within the hire industry that is looking to appoint a Customer Hire Desk Administrator to join their busy team based in Warrington
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing general administrative support within a busy hire industry office environment
* Updating, maintaining, and clearing spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
* Monitoring KPIs and targets, ensuring administrative tasks support service delivery
* Responding to customer and internal enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Managing and updating internal systems with hire-related information
* Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company processes
* Liaising with internal departments to support smooth operational workflows
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience within the hire, plant hire, or equipment rental industry is desirable
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Excel, email, and internal systems
* Ability to manage workload and priorities in a busy office environment
* Professional, proactive, and a strong team player
