Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? A welcoming mainstream Primary School in Dudley is looking for a caring, committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
You'll be working closely with pupils who require additional support, offering tailored 1:1 and small group interventions to help them thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and speech & language needs
Lead small group sessions tailored to individual learning goals
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt resources and strategies
Help manage behaviour positively and consistently
Promote inclusion and pupil independence across all activitiesWe're Looking For:
Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools qualification, or relevant qualifications
Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
